Insurance brokerage giant Hub International secretly files for US IPO, plans to raise funds for debt repayment.

According to the Wisdom Finance APP, Hub International Holdings Inc., an insurance brokerage company supported by private equity firm Hellman & Friedman, has secretly submitted an initial public offering (IPO) application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The proceeds from the fundraising are expected to be used to reduce the company's debt burden.
