The third session of the "Boosting Consumption and Safeguarding Rights" lecture hall was held in Jing'an District, Shanghai in 2026. At the meeting, the Shanghai Consumer Protection Commission released the "2026 618 Consumer New Trends and Consumer Experience Report." The report is based on 4308 survey questionnaires and collects subjective experience data from consumers around platform channel selection, consumption rhythm, algorithm recommendations, AI shopping tools, new intelligent agent shopping models, and other dimensions.
