Guozhi Qiuxu Fund agreed to inject RMB 495,000,000 yuan in cash into Hebei Xuyang Energy, of which RMB 106,915,369.71 yuan will be included in the registered capital of Hebei Xuyang Energy, and the excess amount of RMB 388,084,630.29 yuan will be included in its capital reserve.
