The main person in charge failed to pass the assessment as required, falling under the third item of the "Determination Standard for Major Accident Hazards in Industrial and Trade Enterprises"; 2. Emergency storage facilities such as emergency pits were not set up in front of the casting melting furnaces and insulation furnaces, falling under the second item of the "Determination Standard for Major Accident Hazards in Industrial and Trade Enterprises"; 3. Failure to purchase safety production liability insurance as required by the state. A case was filed against the company for its related illegal activities, ordering it to make corrections within a specified period and imposing a fine of 154,750 RMB.
