Smart finance and economics APP news, Jingang Photovoltaic (300093.SZ) announced that on June 26, 2026, the company signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Hao Yuan New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hao Yuan New Energy") in Jiuquan City. The company plans to acquire 70% equity of Jinta Hao Fei New Energy Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinta Hao Fei") held by Hao Yuan New Energy at a price of 70.7457 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, Jinta Hao Fei will become a controlling subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. After the completion of the above transaction, Jinta Hao Fei plans to continue investing in the construction of a 400,000 kilowatt wind power project.
