The sown area of grain in Inner Mongolia has been stable at over 100 million mu.
Journalists learned from the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region that as of now, the spring planting work in Inner Mongolia is nearing completion, with the area of grain planting stable at over 100 million mu, exceeding the target set at the beginning of the year. It is reported that this spring, Inner Mongolia experienced early temperature rise, fast soil thawing, and overall favorable meteorological conditions for soil preparation, timely sowing, and seedling growth. As of June 25th, major grain crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat, rice, and potatoes in Inner Mongolia have been sown, while a small amount of miscellaneous grains, beans, oilseeds, canola, sunflowers, and other crops are still awaiting planting.
