Yuekang Pharmaceutical announced that the company recently received a letter from the US FDA approving the clinical trial application for YKYY017 aerosol inhaler for the prevention and treatment of coronavirus-related respiratory infections. This product is a peptidic membrane fusion inhibitor, which has obtained clinical approval in China, the United States, and Australia for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19, and related phase II/III clinical studies are underway.
