On May 14, Xingchang Enterprise Service pledged another 3.3 million shares for working capital loans, also representing 11.91% of its holdings and 0.89% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Xingchang Enterprise Service and its concerted action person, Xingchang Group, have pledged a total of 12.8 million shares, accounting for 33.23% of their combined holdings and 3.46% of the company's total share capital.
