HSBC: Raises Cheung Kong's target price to HK$179. The reassessment period for data centers has just begun.

According to the Securities Times APP, J.P. Morgan released a research report stating that the data center business of Chong Kin Group (00669.HK) is gaining market attention, and its valuation adjustment cycle has just begun. The firm has raised Chong Kin Group's target price from HK$176 to HK$179 and reiterated its "buy" rating.
