Recently, the Chengfang Zhoupuxunjing Community in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, officially opened. According to the operator of the community, Shanghai Chengfang Rental Housing Operation Management Co., Ltd., eligible young talents can live rent-free for the first year. Specifically, the community is located on Mantianxing Road in Pudong New Area, close to Metro Line 16 Zhoupudong Station and Line 11 Xinfu Road Station. There are also shopping centers, Costco, and the Disney Resort nearby. The community also has 1000 square meters of public space, including a reading bar, a study room, table tennis, basketball, and other facilities.
