Douyin cracks down on illegal tourism operations, removing 18,000 low-priced travel products in the second quarter.

Recently, Douyin Life Service released the interim results of the special rectification of illegal operations in the tourism industry. In the second quarter of this year, the platform took down 18,000 unreasonable low-priced tour products, dealt with 38,000 videos promoting low-priced tours, 55,000 live streaming sessions promoting tours without qualifications, and banned the live streaming rights of 8,495 creators who violated rules. Additionally, 285 businesses with illegal shopping practices were addressed.
