India launches anti-dumping investigation into thermal paper products involving China.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India released a notice stating that, in response to an application submitted by the Indian Association of Thermal Paper Manufacturers' & Allied Industries, an anti-dumping investigation has been initiated on thermal paper originating from or imported from China, the United States, and South Korea. This case mainly involves products under Indian customs codes 48119093, 48119094, 48119095, 48119096, and 48119099, as well as some products under code 48119011. The dumping investigation period is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and the injury investigation periods are from 2022 to 2023, 2023 to 2024, 2024 to 2025, and January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
