Xiaopeng Robot Center has established nine new secondary departments. Among them, He Xiaopeng, after announcing that he personally serves as the head of the Robot Center, currently also serves as the head of the Product Department of the Robot Center and directly listens to reports from the heads of various organizations within the Product Department. In addition, He Xiaopeng also directly listens to reports from department heads such as Gu Jie, Liu Xianming, and Yu Tao, who respectively serve as the heads of the Body System Engineering Department, General Pedestal Department (Virtual), and Brand Marketing Department (Temporary). Previously, He Xiaopeng stated in an internal memo that he spends about one whole day each week "thinking deeply and discussing around the robot business and the robot team." Currently, Xiaopeng Robot Center has formed nine second-tier departments: Product Department, Body System Engineering Department, Control and Safety Development Department, Body Intelligence Department, Data Closed-loop Department, General Pedestal Department (Virtual), Product Matrix Department (Virtual), Brand Marketing Department, and Project Management Department.
