Stellantis is in talks with Nissan to acquire some of Marelli's assets.

On June 25th, local time, it was reported that Stellantis NV and Nissan Motor Co. are in talks to acquire parts of Marelli, a global automotive components manufacturer that is currently undergoing a difficult bankruptcy restructuring. Insiders revealed that Stellantis is discussing Marelli's suspension business in Italy and some other countries, while Nissan is considering acquiring the supplier's interior cabin assets in Japan.
