AiXu Group Announcement: The company's holding subsidiary, Zhejiang AiXu Solar Technology Co., Ltd., plans to increase the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chuzhou AiXu Solar Technology Co., Ltd., by 800 million yuan with its own funds. Before the capital increase, the registered capital of Chuzhou AiXu was 522 million yuan, and after the capital increase, it will increase to 1.322 billion yuan. The company held the sixth meeting of the tenth board of directors on June 25, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on Capital Increase to Subsidiaries". This transaction does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting, does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring. This capital increase still needs to be approved by the Market Supervision Administration for registration.
