Zhongtong Finance News APP, Huilv Ecology (001267.SZ) announced that in order to meet the funding needs of its photovoltaic module production base in Ezhou, the company's controlling subsidiary, Wuhan Junheng Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuhan Junheng"), plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Junheng Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hubei Junheng") by 110 million yuan with its own funds. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Hubei Junheng will increase from 50 million yuan to 160 million yuan, with no change in equity structure.
