Xintedi Electrical announced that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and concerted actors Tang Yong, Zong Lili, Li Shuqin, and Zong Baofeng collectively hold 202 million shares, accounting for 54.19% of the total share capital. They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 11.1937 million shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital, within three months after the announcement date, through centralized bidding or block trading. Among them, centralized bidding will not exceed 3.7312 million shares, and block trading will not exceed 7.4625 million shares. The reason for the reduction is the shareholders' own capital needs, and this reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control rights.
