ST Weiming: Controlling shareholder Shenzhen Yilian has completed the registration of changes in the equity structure in the industry and commerce bureau.

ST announced that recently there has been a change in the equity structure of the controlling shareholder of the company, Shenzhen Yilian. Prior to the change, Liu Xiang and Yue Jialin held 66.90% and 33.10% of the shares, respectively. After the change, they hold 99.90% and 0.10% of the shares. This change in business registration does not involve a change in the controlling shareholder or the actual controller of the company. Shenzhen Yilian remains the controlling shareholder, and Liu Xiang remains the actual controller. It will not affect the company's main business structure, equity distribution, governance structure, and ongoing operations.
