Haitong Hengxin (01905.HK) signs a financing lease contract for equipment and facilities.

Zhixin Finance and Economics APP news, Haitong Hengxin (01905.HK) announced that the company, as the lessor, signed a financing lease contract with the lessee Jinan Qingyuan Water Group Co., Ltd. on June 25, 2026. According to this, (i) the lessor agrees to purchase the leased property in this transaction for a total of RMB 300 million; and (ii) the lessor agrees to lease the leased property to the lessee for a lease term of 36 months.
