Pakistan has initiated an anti-dumping sunset review investigation on Phthalic Anhydride involving China.

On May 23rd, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan issued a latest announcement regarding Case No. 56, stating that, in response to an application submitted by Pakistani producers Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited and PA-Chem Global Private Limited on April 15, 2026, a first sunset review anti-dumping investigation has been initiated on phthalic anhydride originating from or imported from mainland China, South Korea, Russia, and Taiwan, China.
