(referred to as "AsiaInfo Technology") plans to sign a "Computing Power Cluster Service Framework Agreement" with the company's related party Ningxia Xiyun Computing Power Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiyun Computing Power"). AsiaInfo Technology will purchase computing power cluster services from Xiyun Computing Power, with an agreement amount limit of 30 million yuan and a validity period of 1 year.
