China Fortune Finance and Economics APP news, Dongyangguang (600673.SH) announced that its holding subsidiary Dongguan Dongyangguang Yunzhi Calculation Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongguan Yunzhi Calculation") intends to sign an "IDC Service Contract" with its affiliate Qingyang Qinyang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Qinyang Company"). It is expected that within 12 months, Dongguan Yunzhi Calculation will purchase a total of no more than 200 million yuan worth of related IDC service project expenses from Qinyang Company.
