Saisheng Pharmaceuticals: The application for registration of injection-grade nalmefene hydrochloride has been accepted.

Sai Sheng Pharmaceuticals announced that the company recently received a notice of acceptance of registration for injection of Nafamostat mesylate for drug from the National Medical Products Administration. This drug is used to improve the acute symptoms of pancreatitis, treat disseminated intravascular coagulation, and prevent coagulation of blood during extracorporeal circulation in patients with hemorrhagic lesions or bleeding tendencies. Nafamostat mesylate is a new type of protease inhibitor with strong and extensive inhibitory effects on pancreatic enzymes, the complement system, the coagulation fibrinolysis system, and platelet aggregation. The drug registration application has been accepted and will be submitted to the Drug Evaluation Center of the National Medical Products Administration for review and approval.
