According to the Tianyancha App, Beijing Lvcheng Science and Technology Development Center was recently established with China Railway Water Conservancy Group Limited as the managing partner, contributing 3.201 billion yuan. The business scope includes technical services, technical development, technical consultation, technical exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion, emerging energy technology research and development, and enterprise management. The partner information shows that the partnership is jointly funded by Jintai Production Financial Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. of China Railway and China Railway Water Conservancy Group Limited.
