According to the Qichacha app, recently, Beijing Vanyu Zhilu Biological Medicine Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Hua Yimin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: natural science research and experimental development; artificial intelligence industry application system integration services; general application systems for artificial intelligence. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Hua Lan Stock Co., Ltd.
