Ene Group, the Energy and Infrastructure Ministry of Albania, and the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of Albania signed a memorandum of understanding, with the plan to conduct feasibility studies and to build and operate a national strategic oil and gas reserve base and energy hub within the territory of Albania.
