Chery Spain's joint venture factory starts new production line.

Spain's Evro Automotive Group announced on the 22nd that its joint venture factory with Chinese automaker Chery in the Barcelona free trade zone has started using a new production line, further increasing production capacity. According to Evro Automotive Group, the newly launched M1 production line is 696 meters long, with 97 workstations, and a single vehicle production cycle of approximately 75 minutes. Currently, the production line is used to produce various power versions of the S400 and S700 models, and is designed to produce up to 5 different models. It also reserves capacity for the pure electric models that Evro factory plans to launch in 2027.
