News from Wisdom Finance APP, Minxin Group (00222.HK) announced that Mr. Chen Ying, the executive director and general manager of the company, has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee, while Mr. Huang Wensheng, the vice chairman of the board and executive director of the company, will no longer serve as a member of the remuneration committee.
