According to the monitoring data from the Hydrological Center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, from 8:00 on June 22nd to 8:00 on June 23rd, heavy to torrential rain fell in parts of cities such as Hechi, Qinzhou, and Liuzhou. Some areas experienced localized heavy rain, with the largest daily rainfall recorded in Pojie Township, Tian'e County, Hechi City at 116.0 millimeters. Due to the strong rainfall and the influence of upstream water, 9 rivers including Liujiang and its upstream Rongjiang, Duliujiang, Longjiang, Luoqingjiang, and Qianjiang, had 14 stations with flood levels ranging from 0.10 to 3.14 meters above the warning level.
