Shanghai Ultra-Silicon's 12-inch square silicon wafers are successfully mass-produced and delivered to customers.

Shanghai HyperSilicon announced today that it will officially begin mass production and delivery of square silicon wafers to major clients in May, for use in the next generation CoPoS advanced packaging process platform for artificial intelligence HPC chips.
