40 mobile applications have been reported for illegally collecting and using personal information.

According to the inspection conducted by the Computer Information System Security Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Public Security, 40 mobile applications were found to collect and use personal information in violation of laws and regulations. They handled personal information of minors under the age of fourteen without establishing specific rules for handling personal information and without obtaining consent from their parents or other guardians.
