The country's first ultra-light eVTOL cross-border insurance lands in Qianhai.

According to Shenzhen Special Zone News, recently, insurance companies from Shenzhen and Hong Kong have joined hands to launch a new model of "Shenzhen underwriting, Hong Kong policy issuance, cross-border claims settlement", helping Qianhai low-altitude flying enterprise Yingwu Intelligent Technology purchase low-altitude flight insurance for its ultra-light electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft in Hong Kong, solving the problem faced by mainland low-altitude enterprises in Hong Kong of "unable to fly without insurance, afraid to fly". This is the first cross-border insurance for ultra-light eVTOL in the country. In this insurance coverage, both parties have created a new paradigm of "Shenzhen underwriting, Hong Kong policy issuance, cross-border claims settlement". Shenzhen takes advantage of its low-altitude insurance product development and testing capabilities, undertaking risk assessment, customized solutions, and pricing and underwriting work; Hong Kong handles the localization compliance and policy issuance work, ensuring comprehensive protection for various emergencies during flight.
