According to Lingyunshui hydrological monitoring, in the past 24 hours, there has been heavy to torrential rain in Lingyun County, Baise City, Guangxi. The monitoring rivers in Lingyun's jurisdiction have experienced water rise processes within 2.90 meters. It is recommended that residents pay attention to the rainfall information released by meteorological and hydrological departments before traveling, and take precautions against the potential hazards of localized heavy rainfall, such as floods in small and medium-sized rivers, urban waterlogging, flash floods, landslides, and mudslides.
