Jiangsu Province launches consumer promotion activities by distributing special subsidies for digital products. Consumers can receive a subsidy of up to 1,000 yuan when purchasing mobile phones worth 6,000 yuan or more.

In order to continue boosting the consumption of bulk commodities in the province and seize the summer consumption window, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce officially announced on June 18 that it will launch the "Su Xin Consumption Quality Digital" special consumption promotion activity, stimulate the consumption of high-end mobile phones by issuing digital subsidies, and activate the vitality of the electronic consumer goods market in the whole province. Eligible consumers who purchase mobile phones priced at 6,000 yuan or above can apply for a maximum consumption subsidy of 1,000 yuan. According to the activity arrangement, the subsidy will be officially released at 18:00 on June 18, 2026, and the total amount of subsidy funds is limited, implementing a first-come, first-served, and use until depleted mechanism. This digital subsidy targets high-end mobile phone consumption, with clear and specific policy rules: consumers who purchase a single mobile phone priced at 6,000 yuan or above at participating merchants in the province will receive a 10% consumption subsidy based on the final selling price of the goods, capped at 1,000 yuan per phone.
