The Hubei Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a level orange rainstorm warning at 8:05 am on June 19th: From the early hours of the 18th to 7 am on the 19th, a total of 623 townships in 77 counties, cities, and districts in the province received cumulative rainfall exceeding 50 millimeters, with 192 townships in places such as Wuhan, Jiayu, Xiaogan, Enshi, Jingmen, Huanggang, Guangshui, Xiantao, Yichang, and Honghu receiving over 100 millimeters of rain. It is expected that this morning, there will be heavy to torrential rain in the southern and central parts of Wuhan, Huanggang, Ezhou, and Huangshi, with locally heavy rainfall. During the day and night, Xianting will experience heavy to torrential rain.
