The top five decliners in the FTSE 100 constituent stocks that day were: London Stock Exchange Group, down 7.00%, real estate developer Persimmon, down 6.17%, precious metal producer Fresnillo, down 5.83%, Endeavour Mining Corporation, down 5.73%, and publishing group Pearson, down 3.97%.
