China Energy Construction Group: Saudi Arabia's largest wind power project with single unit capacity connected to the grid and generating electricity.

According to China Electric Construction Corporation, recently, all 80 wind turbines of the 600 megawatt Al-Jaght wind power project in Saudi Arabia, constructed by China Electric Construction under EPC total contract, have been connected to the grid for power generation, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent 168 hours of reliable operation. The Al-Jaght wind power project is located in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, with a planned capacity of 600 megawatts, using domestically produced 7.7 megawatt wind turbines, making it the largest wind power project in terms of single turbine capacity in Saudi Arabia.
