Zhixin Finance APP News, Dongrui Pharmaceuticals (02348.HK) announced that on June 18, 2026, Suzhou Dongrui (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary) (as a limited partner), Zhongjianxin (as a limited partner), and Shanghai Jianxin (as a general partner) entered into a limited partnership agreement. Accordingly, the contracting parties agreed to establish a partnership enterprise, with Suzhou Dongrui committing to contribute up to RMB 100 million, equivalent to 50% of the proposed capital of the partnership enterprise.
