Wisdom Finance APP news, Sichuan Chengdu Chongqing Highway (00107.HK) has announced that in order to grasp market opportunities in a timely manner and improve the flexibility of related work, the board of directors has decided to submit a general authorization to issue shares for consideration and approval at an extraordinary general meeting to be held on June 18, 2026. According to the general authorization (if granted), depending on market conditions and the needs of the company, the board of directors may issue additional A shares and/or H shares in the Company's share capital separately or simultaneously, with the total number of additional A shares and/or H shares to be issued not exceeding 20% of the respective number of A shares and/or H shares issued by the Company at the time of approval of the relevant resolution at the extraordinary general meeting.
