Changlian Holdings: Controlling shareholder intends to change to Pudong Capital, actual controller unchanged.

On June 18th, Changlian Corporation announced that the Shanghai Pudong New Area State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission plans to transfer its 91.689 million A-shares of the company through a non-public agreement to Shanghai Pudong Capital Investment Operation Co., Ltd., as a non-monetary contribution to Pudong Capital. After this agreement transfer, the controlling shareholder of the company will change from the Pudong New Area State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to Pudong Capital, but the ultimate controller remains unchanged and is still the Pudong New Area State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
