Kuncai Technology announced on June 18 that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Xie Bingkun plans to reduce the company's shares by a total of no more than 19.656 million shares, with a reduction ratio of no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, in order to meet personal funding needs through centralized bidding and block trading methods.
