Recently, Beijing Lisi Chen Computer Technology Co., Ltd. submitted a counterclaim application to the Beijing Arbitration Commission, requesting confirmation that a total of 1.48 billion yuan in accounts receivable, interest records, and related agreements and resolutions are invalid. The company stated that the principal of this accounts receivable has been fully provisioned as bad debt, and it is expected to have a relatively small impact on current or future profits. The company will disclose and protect the rights and interests of the company and shareholders in a timely manner based on the progress of the case.
