According to the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) APP, on June 18th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a "Notice of Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing of Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd." Luxshare Precision (002475.SZ) plans to issue no more than 440,993,700 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the HKEX disclosure, the company submitted an application for listing on the main board of HKEX on February 27, 2026, with CITIC Securities, Goldman Sachs, and CICC as its joint sponsors.
