Ordos Announcement, the company recently received the decision of the Inner Mongolia Securities Regulatory Bureau on issuing a warning letter to Inner Mongolia Ordos Cashmere Group Limited and its concerted action person. It was found that Tian Ding Limited, BEST MOULD LIMITED, and WISE STATE LIMITED have been increasing the company's B shares through centralized competitive bidding since 2010. The three companies, along with the Cashmere Group and Ordos Asset Management Limited, are concerted action persons. Due to the late disclosure of the concerted action relationship with the company on October 1, 2024, which violated the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Disclosure of Information by Listed Companies," the Inner Mongolia Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to issue a warning letter to the relevant parties as an administrative regulatory measure and record it in the securities and futures market integrity file.
