Citic Securities announced that, due to the need for more time to finalize and include certain information in the circular, the expected mailing date of the circular will be extended to no later than July 17, 2026. The circular includes details of the issuance of H shares and stock subscription agreements to specific parties, opinions of independent financial advisors, letters from the independent directors committee, and voting recommendations. Previously, on May 28, 2026, the company announced the signing of a stock subscription agreement with Citic Group to issue new H shares.
