Ministry of Commerce: Issuance of "List of Winning Enterprises and Quotas in the Second Bidding for Export Quotas of Licorice and Licorice Products in 2026"

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Order No.11 of 2001 and the "Implementation Rules for Export Quota Bidding of Industrial Products", the Licorice and Licorice Products Export Quota Bidding Committee has conducted the second round of bidding for the licorice and licorice products export quotas for 2026, determining the winning enterprises and the quantities involved. The "List of Winning Enterprises and Quotas for the Second Round of Bidding for Licorice and Licorice Products Export Quotas in 2026" has been compiled and is hereby issued. All winning enterprises are required to apply for export licenses based on the winning quantities issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the "Certificate of Application for Quota Bidding for Export Commodities" issued by the bidding committee. All relevant issuing authorities are requested to strictly issue export licenses in accordance with the relevant regulations. The competent department of commerce shall supervise enterprises in implementing their main responsibilities for safety production and take measures to prevent any safety production accidents.
