Changbai Mountain: The controlling shareholder has partially released the pledged shares and re-pledged them.

The Changbai Mountain announcement stated that the company's controlling shareholder, Construction Group, holds 159 million shares of the company, accounting for 58.21% of the total share capital. On June 16, Construction Group released the 1.4 million shares previously pledged to Guodu Securities, accounting for 0.88% of its holdings and 0.51% of the total share capital. On June 17, Construction Group pledged these 1.4 million shares to Guodu Securities again, with a pledge term until June 17, 2027, for the purpose of supplementing working capital. After the release and re-pledging of shares, Construction Group has cumulatively pledged 78.8665 million shares of the company, accounting for 49.75% of its holdings and 28.96% of the total share capital.
