In terms of "hard investment", they will explore more effective AI-electricity coordination models, so as to strengthen computing power with electricity, and promote electricity with computing; strengthen the integration and innovation of AI networks, moderately promote the expansion of direct connection lines between national hubs, and further reduce network transmission delays. In terms of "soft construction", they will strengthen the monitoring of AI resources and market-based dispatch, accelerate the construction of a nationwide integrated AI computing network that is interconnected, easy to use, and green and safe.
