Hubei Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued an orange-level provincial heavy rain warning at 8:41 on June 18, 2026: currently Enshi and western Yichang have experienced heavy to torrential rain. It is expected that the rainfall will gradually intensify across the province from this afternoon to tonight. Enshi and Yichang are expected to continue experiencing heavy to torrential rain, while Jingzhou, Jingmen, Suizhou, Xiaogan, Tianmen, Qianjiang, Xiantao, western Wuhan, and northern Huanggang will see heavy to torrential rain in the evening. There may be localized severe rain in Jingzhou, Jingmen, Xiaogan, Tianmen, and Qianjiang, please take precautions.
