According to the Ministry of Water Resources, due to the impact of rainfall, 24 small and medium-sized rivers in Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Liaoning, and Jilin provinces experienced flooding above warning levels from yesterday to today. The largest exceeded warning level by 1.69 meters. Currently, most of the rivers have peaked and are receding.
